Puppy Jake Foundation Fundraiser
Samuelson’s 4th and 5th grade Service-Learning Club is doing a fundraiser for the Puppy Jake Foundation! Puppy Jake Foundation is a nonprofit organization deidcated to helping military veterans through the assistance of well bred, socialized and professionally trained service dogs. They are based in Des Moines and primarily serve veterans located throughout the Midwest.
How to donate:
- Visit the link below or scan the QR code.
- Fill in the information on the Puppy Jake Foundation page.
- In the “In Honor Of” box, type “Samuelson.”
