Guest Author Joyce Knock Visits Samuelson

Guest author Joyce Knock visited kindergarten guidance classes on Friday, April 8th.  She read her book, ” I am NOT dumb and I am NOT a stinky butt”!  She gave each student a “no name-calling” bracelet.  Also, 3 lucky students received a copy of her book to take home.  This lesson fit in perfectly with Mrs. Weers’ bullying unit.  She will be coming back and visiting other first and second grade classes as well.
