We Need You!
We are in need of volunteers to help plan Samuelson’s annual Fun Night. Please see below the responsibilities that will need to be filled by volunteers in order for this event to take place this year.
Responsibilities:
- Games – Decide on what games to have, create new games, look over materials we already have.
- Prizes – Look over what prizes we have, order new, assign prizes to games.
- Auction Items/Door Prizes – Solicit businesses for donations and readying items for silent auction and door prizes.
- Food – Get donations for food, pop, snack cakes, and/or come up with new ideas.
- Fun Night Volunteers – Organize volunteers for the night of the event.
If you would like to help with any of the above planning, please fill out the form below and return it by Thursday, December 21st. If we do not have enough planning volunteers by this date, we will not be able to move forward with Fun Night this year.
